Make any shoulder bag you choose, cut petals from chiffon, making sure to lay them out so they will fit. Bottom layer should be sewn around the edges, then all other layers just sew down center of petal. Attach beading or vintage brooch to center. Then finish sewing your lining into the bag. This would also work with any plain bag you might have lying around.
